AR 2000

Techni-Met, Inc. is introducing its new high quality Anti-reflective (AR) process, AR2000. Manufactured with our new in-line, roll-to-roll Vacuum Coating Technology. The coating is flexible and can be applied to many different thin film flexible substrates. This technology can produce outstanding AR properties significantly better than what is available in the industry today and on a wide range of substrates. This allows a larger range of applications to be available.

Typical Properties: Our new Anti-reflective (AR) coatings are designed to produce surface reflections of less than .65% average reflection on 1st surface reflection, resulting in average transmission greater then 92%. By reducing surface reflections through the application of AR coatings, transmission at certain wavelengths can be improved by as much as 6%.
